Seattle University College of Nursing has collaborated with Ladybug House on this important study. The information gathered will be used in two ways:
Document the challenges, needs and preferences of families in Washington State who are caring for very ill children, so there is data to present to law-makers and healthcare officials.
- Help Ladybug House design a home-away-from-home that will provide multi-disciplinary support (and end-of-life care, if needed) for children while accommodating their entire family, as well as offering respite for rest and renewal away from the daily demands of caring for a very ill child.
Our goal is to get as many different voices and opinions as possible. Please help us by taking this survey and sharing it with parents and caregivers within Washington!
